The Shining Star school helps children prepare for their primary education. They are taught the basics of reading, writing and other essential skills in a safe and supportive learning environment. The school provides the students with all the tools to make a smooth transition into their primary education, which is then funded by the government. Children who have attended ECD schools are more likely to attend and succeed in primary school. There is a high demand for the school which is why in recent years it has grown to educate over 250 children. The Shining Star school aims to help slum children shine in life!
